The meeting of Detailed Project Report (DPR) Committee

The meeting of Detailed Project Report (DPR) Committee for establishment of Department of Linguistics was held on 28th September, 2021 at 03:30 P.M. in conference room of Central Building of the Visva-Bharati through online/offline mode. Members were welcomed by the Convenor and draft of the DPR was placed in the meeting for wide discussion and suggestions. Members appreciated the draft copy of DPR and welcomed the move of the University for establishing the Department of Linguistics. The meeting was presided by Prof. Mukteshwar Nath Tiwari, Principal, Bhasha-Bhavana and convened by Prof. Sabita Pradhan, Chairperson, CFEL. Other member such as Dr. Prashant Meshram, The Joint Registrar, Academic & Research, Sri Daibaki Nandan   Das, The Assistant Registrar, Account, Dr. Milan Kanti Biswas, Department of Bengali, Prof. Mina Dan (University of Calcutta, Kolkata) (Online), Prof. Prasannanshu (NLU, Delhi) (Online) and Dr. Arimardan Kumar Tripathi  were part of the discussion. The staffs of the Centre Mrs. Suvra Mukherjee, Rajdeep Ghosh, Suhird Roy Choudhury and Kanchan Mudi were supported in the conducting this meeting. The meeting ended with thanks of the Chairperson Prof. Mukteshwar Nath Tiwari.
